Brothers Barbecue is pleased to offer off-premise catering, bringing the same high quality culinary experience you've come to expect from our restaurants directly to you. For parties of 50 or more we provide live cooking at your location and set up a self serve buffet that will be surely to impress your guests at your next party. We have 2 options for your off site catering needs.
WHOLE HOG BBQ $25 PER PERSON
Would you like a whole smoked hog slow cooked till tender for your next party? Well we are the ones for the job, having 15 yrs of experience slow smoking hogs there is nothing like a whole hog from Brothers. We brine, season and slow smoke fresh hogs and deliver them to your home presenting it with a beautiful and convenient display. We provide our famous bbq sauce and chopped bbq sauce by request we require a minimum of 50 people and 20% gratuity. THE COOKOUT PACKAGE $40 PER PERSON
At your desired location over charcoal, we cook Sabrett hot dogs & gourmet cheese/hamburgers, choice of 2 smoked meats 2 hot sides,1 cold side and cornbread. included in package are paper products, cutlery, serving spoons, condiments. We arrive approx. 45min - 1hour before serving time set up a self-serve buffet that we attend for an hour. At the end of the hour, we restock the buffet with any extra food and then we begin our breakdown, clean up after ourselves and exit.
OH SO SMOKEN PACKAGE $60 PER PERSON
We begin this party at the restaurant slow smoking your fresh hog for the party. We arrive at your desired location setup and display pig while over charcoal, we cook Sabrett hot dogs & gourmet cheese/hamburgers, choice of 2 smoked meats 2 hot sides,1 cold side and cornbread. included in package are paper products, cutlery, serving spoons, condiments. We arrive approx. 45min - 1hour before serving time set up a self-serve buffet that we attend for an hour. At the end of the hour, we restock the buffet with any extra food and then we begin our breakdown, clean up after ourselves and exit. Beverages are an additional $5 per person where we provide water, coke, sprite and diet coke unless other beverages are specified. There is a 50-person minimum on all service packages and an added $20% gratuity and tax as well.
